FANG Yixin

Dr Fang Yixin is chairman, executive director and chief executive officer of Rici Healthcare Holdings, listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under stock code 1526. The company's 2025 annual report records that he was 61 years old and that he is responsible for the group's overall business operations and strategic planning, brand management, investment and financing work, and the operations of Nantong Rici Hospital. According to the report, he has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and founded the group. Before that he practised as a physician at the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from September 1986 to July 1992. In 1992 he moved into the healthcare business, establishing Jiangsu Dongyangzhihua Cosmetics, where he remains a director, and in August 2000 he set up Nantong Rici Hospital, the group's first company. He graduated from Yangzhou Medical College, now the medical school of Yangzhou University, in August 1986 with a major in internal medicine; he obtained an executive MBA from Tsinghua University in July 2006 and a doctorate in business administration from the University of Minnesota in 2018. The report also sets out his family ties within the board: he is the spouse of executive director Dr Mei Hong and the father of executive director Fang Haoze. The board described in the 2025 report comprises four executive directors and three independent non-executive directors, and he also chairs the nomination committee. The group is headquartered at Qiantan International Plaza on Qirong Road in Shanghai's Pudong New Area, and its auditor is BDO Limited in Hong Kong.
