Wai-Yiu (Oliver) Keung is an assistant lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He took a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering with first-class honours at CUHK in 2018 and a Master of Philosophy degree there in 2020, both within the electronic engineering department, with research touching communications and signal processing. From 2020 to 2022 he moved to HKU SPACE Community College as an assistant college lecturer in the Division of Engineering and Technology, teaching sub-degree courses. He then joined CUHK's Department of Computer Science and Engineering, where he concentrates on teaching, course work and student supervision. His path runs from electronic engineering into computer-science education, with teaching experience at both university and community-college level. The departmental page lists degrees and posts rather than a full biography, so unlisted publications and awards are left blank; information checked on 29 October 2026.
Keung moved from electronic engineering into computer-science teaching and has also taught in a community college, so his teaching experience spans university and sub-degree programmes.
