LENG You Bin

Leng Youbin is an executive director, chairman, chairman of the nomination committee and chief executive officer of China Feihe, listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under stock code 6186. The company's 2025 annual report records that he was 57 years old, has more than 30 years of experience in the dairy industry, and has served as a director, chairman and chief executive officer since January 2013, being re-designated an executive director in April 2017. The report notes that he has been a non-executive director of Yuan Shengtai since December 2020, a director of Vitamin World USA since December 2017, and an executive director of Feihe (Gannan) Dairy since March 2006. He has been a director of Heilongjiang Feihe since August 1996 and was concurrently its general manager from August 1996 to March 2020, while also serving as deputy head of Zhaoguang Farm from December 1999 to December 2001. Earlier, from March 1987 to May 1993, he worked at Zhaoguang Dairy. His honours include the National May 1 Labour Medal in 2012, the title of National Model Worker in 2015, and, in 2018, China Economic Person of the Year, an award for contributions to poverty alleviation, and a place among the hundred outstanding private entrepreneurs recognised for 40 years of reform and opening up. He was selected for the fourth batch of the Ten Thousand Talents Programme, receives a special government allowance from the State Council, and was awarded a commemorative medal for the seventieth anniversary of the People's Republic of China. He is a deputy to the 13th and 14th National People's Congress and currently serves as a vice chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, a vice chairman of the Heilongjiang federation, and president of the Longshang General Association. He graduated from Northeast Agricultural University by correspondence in July 1995, took executive MBA degrees at Peking University in July 2002 and July 2007, and was certified as a dairy engineer by the Heilongjiang personnel department in September 1999.
