NG Chi Chung

Ng Chi Chung is chairman and chief executive officer of Dingfeng Group Automobile, listed in Hong Kong under stock code 6878. The company's 2023 annual report records that he was 51 years old and was appointed an executive director on 26 November 2013, with responsibility for the group's overall strategy formulation, business development and financial management. According to the report, he completed a distance-learning course in economic management run by the Beijing Institute of Economic Management in January 2008. He had worked for a number of companies in Hong Kong and in Shishi, Fujian, accumulating more than a decade of experience in corporate management; between 2002 and 2008 he was a senior executive of a car trading company headquartered in Shishi, and he joined the group in September 2008. His chairman's statement in the report is dated 19 July 2024. The same report lists the other board members, including executive directors Dr Feng Xiaogang and Tong Lu together with the independent non-executive directors, and names Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Tianjin Binhai Rural Commercial Bank and Bank of Communications among the group's principal bankers; the company's website is www.dfh.cn. It also notes that executive director Tong Lu is in charge of the overall operations of the group's automotive e-commerce business.
