NG Man Sun

Ng Man Sun is chairman and an executive director of Century Entertainment International Holdings, listed in Hong Kong under stock code 959 and formerly known as Amax International Holdings. The company's annual reports contain only board lists, committee composition and connected-transaction disclosures, with no biographical section, so his earlier career remains unverified in official filings. The 2024 annual report records that he was then chairman and chief executive officer, that the board consisted of him and three independent non-executive directors, and that he chaired both the compliance committee and the nomination committee; of four board meetings and two general meetings held that year, the report records his attendance as nil. The 2025 report records his resignation as an executive director, chairman and chief executive officer on 31 May 2025, and the 2026 report records his re-appointment as chairman and an executive director on 15 April 2026. Several disclosed group matters concern him directly. The group mainly runs VIP rooms and gaming tables in Cambodia, and he holds an interest in and is a director of Lion King Entertainment Company Limited, which operates the same kind of gaming tables in the same casino; the reports set out how that competing interest is handled. In June 2024 the group entered into a set-off arrangement with him covering about HK$30.68 million of receivables and borrowings between them. The 2026 report further records a settlement agreement with him and Lion King over outstanding financial balances, producing a set-off gain of about HK$3 million. He held 30,737 shares through East Legend Holdings Limited, as shown in the long-position table for directors in the 2025 report.
