NG Tin Hoi Stephen

Stephen Ng Tin-hoi is chairman and managing director of Wharf (Holdings), listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under stock code 4. The directors' and senior management profiles in the company's 2025 annual report record that he is 73 years old, joined the group in 1981, became managing director in 1989 and chairman in 2015, and currently chairs the nomination committee while sitting on the remuneration committee. The report notes his roles at the group's Hong Kong-listed associates: he is chairman and managing director of Wharf Real Estate Investment, chairman of Harbour Centre Development, and a non-executive director of Greentown China Holdings.
