Pang Siu Hin is the founder of Hin Sang Group (International) Holding Company Limited and holds the Medal of Honour. The directors and senior management section of the group's 2024/25 annual report records that he was 60, founded the group in 1996 and had served as its chairman and chief executive officer since then, was appointed an executive director in October 2010, and was responsible for overall strategic planning, company policy and daily management, with more than 25 years of experience in the distribution, marketing and sale of health, personal care and household products, all gained within the group. His public and charitable network is unusually dense. The report lists him as a director of the Hong Kong Chiu Chow Chamber of Commerce from 2005, honorary president of the Hong Kong Cosmetics Industry Association from 2008 and of the Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Industry Association from 2009, and as vice president, managing vice president and then honorary life vice president of the Kowloon Kityang Clansmen Association; he has also served the Yuen Long District Chiu Chow Clansmen Association as director, vice chairman and chairman from 2017 to 2019, and is honorary life president of the Hong Kong Listed Chinese Medicine Practitioners Association. In 2018 he was awarded the Medal of Honour by the Hong Kong SAR, which the report attributes specifically to his contributions to Pok Oi Hospital, where he served as a director from 2009, vice chairman from 2012 and chairman in 2017, becoming honorary adviser in 2018. He is also a standing committee member of the Jieyang Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a former chairman of the Community Chest New Territories Walk organising committee, and vice president of the Shenzhen Enterprises Confederation. In 2019 the Hong Kong Centre for Business Professional Assessment conferred an honorary fellowship on him. On family, the report identifies his spouse, Kwan Lai Man, as a co-founder and executive director of the group, and his daughter Pang Tsz Yan as an executive director appointed in April 2026. The end of his tenure must be recorded plainly: the group's 2025/26 annual report discloses that on 15 April 2026 the board learned he was under criminal detention by the mainland public security authorities, suspended all his executive and operating duties and powers as chairman, CEO and executive director that same day, and appointed Kwan Lai Man acting chairman; he resigned as executive director and ceased to be chairman and CEO on 8 June 2026, when Kwan was re-designated chairman. That report's directors' biographies section no longer includes an entry for him.
