TING Woo Shou Kenneth

Kenneth Ting Woo-shou, SBS, JP, is chairman and managing director of Kader Holdings, listed in Hong Kong under stock code 180. The directors' and senior management profiles in the company's 2025 annual report record that he is 83 years old, that he was re-appointed managing director in July 2012, and that he became chairman in July 2010 while stepping down as managing director; he has served as managing director since the company was founded in 1989. The report notes that he has been a director of Kader Industrial, a wholly owned subsidiary, since 1971 and became its chairman in 1993, and that he resigned as an independent non-executive director of Chinney Alliance Group on 29 February 2024. He is honorary president of the Hong Kong Wuxi Chamber of Commerce, the Hong Kong Jiangsu Community Organisation, the Federation of Hong Kong Industries, the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Toys Council, and permanent honorary president of the Hong Kong Plastics Manufacturers Association. He also sits on various trade bodies and public affairs committees including the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, and is a permanent honorary member of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology's court. According to the report, he is a director of Ting Hsiung Chao Group, a substantial shareholder of the company: 80 per cent of that group is held by Border Shipping Limited, which is controlled by him together with Forest Crimson Limited, another substantial shareholder. He is the father of executive director Ting Tin Lap, the husband of executive director Ting Wong Wan Sum and the uncle of non-executive director Ting Wai Cheung. The company's principal place of business is on Kai Cheung Road in Kowloon Bay, and the report notes that the revitalisation of the Kader Building is close to completion.
