TSANG Chi Ming Ricky

Ricky Tsang Chi Ming is chairman and chief executive officer of Goldlion Holdings Limited, and holds the Bronze Bauhinia Star and a Justice of the Peace appointment. Goldlion's 2025 annual report records that he was 59 that year, joined the group in 1989, became an executive director in 2001 and chief executive officer in 2005, before being re-designated chairman and CEO in April 2018 — combining leadership of the board with day-to-day management. Goldlion is one of Hong Kong's older apparel houses, listed in 1992, making and retailing garments and accessories while also holding investment properties for rental income. He is also an honorary citizen of Guangzhou and Meizhou — a list that traces a network running through Hong Kong trade bodies, Hakka clan associations and the Guangdong business system, with Hakka and Meizhou associations occupying a prominent place in the list. Within the listed company's governance structure the report shows him sitting on both the nomination and remuneration committees, with full attendance at the nomination committee meeting held during the year. For a family-founded consumer brand that has spent more than three decades on the exchange, his role has been to carry the brand and distribution network built by the founding generation into a more formalised board process.
