YU Huang

Yu Huang is chairman, executive director, chief executive officer and controlling shareholder of Jiutai Digital Technology Holdings, listed in Hong Kong under stock code 6918 and known as Kidztech Holdings until 3 August 2026. The directors' and senior management biographies in the company's 2025 annual report record that he was 45 years old and founded the group in June 2009 by establishing Shantou Chenghai Jinjun Toys; he was appointed a director in October 2019 and re-designated an executive director that November. The report states that he has more than 13 years of experience in toy manufacturing and sales. Before founding the group he was deputy general manager of Shantou Chenghai Changxing Paper Foil from July 2004 to March 2007, and general manager of the Shantou Chenghai Jinjun toy factory, which makes toys, from March 2007 to June 2009. He graduated from the Guangdong Justice Police Vocational College in China with a diploma in law. The report also notes that he has been responsible for the group's overall management since its formation, and that the chairman and chief executive roles are held by the same person, a departure from code provision C.2.1 which the board considers allows the group to reach and implement business decisions smoothly and effectively. During the year he attended six board meetings, two nomination committee meetings and one general meeting. A special resolution passed at the annual general meeting on 29 June 2026 changed the company's English name to JIUTAI DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS LIMITED and its Chinese name to 九泰數智科技控股有限公司 with effect from 3 August 2026, while the stock code remained unchanged.
