ZHANG Xiao Long

Zhang Xiaolong is executive director, chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Fenbi Ltd., a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under stock code 2469. The company's 2025 annual report records that he was 43 years old at the time, and that he is responsible for the group's overall strategic planning, business development and operations, as well as its technology and curriculum development. The same report lists him as chairman of the nomination committee, a member of the remuneration committee, and, from 2 April 2026, an authorised representative of the company. He began the group's business in February 2015 and has served since then as a director and chief executive officer of Fenbi Landian. From November 2016 he has also been chairman and general manager of Tianxia Education, and between March 2016 and April 2019 he was an executive director and general manager of Tianxia Culture. Before joining the group he was, from August 2013 to February 2015, director of product operations for civil service examinations at Beiyuan Education, a subsidiary of YUAN Inc.; earlier, from August 2011, he worked at Beijing Huatu Hongyang Education and Culture Development. He received a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Guizhou University in July 2005. The annual report also records a series of board changes during his tenure: Wei Liang resigned as an executive director on 1 April 2026, Li Xin resigned as a non-executive director on 16 May 2025, and Wu Zhenggao was appointed a non-executive director on 9 January 2026. The company is incorporated in the Cayman Islands, keeps its headquarters on Jiuxianqiao North Road in Beijing's Chaoyang District and its principal Hong Kong place of business in the Hopewell Centre in Wan Chai, and is audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers.
