ZHOU Hao

Dr Zhou Hao is founder, executive director, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of QuantGroup Holding, listed in Hong Kong under stock code 2685. The company's 2025 annual report records that he was 45 years old and is chiefly responsible for its day-to-day management and strategic planning. He was appointed an executive director and manager of Quantum Digital on 3 November 2014, became a director on 31 March 2022, and was re-designated an executive director and chairman of the board on 17 May 2022. The report sets out his background in finance and data analysis. Before founding the group he was vice president of the marketing department at Shenzhen Zoxiu Network Technology from September 2012 to August 2013, in charge of marketing and business development; from September 2011 to August 2012 he was a risk management manager at Morgan Stanley, working on quantitative analysis of investment products and services; from November 2009 to September 2011 he worked at Barclays Bank, leaving as a vice president responsible for developing and documenting mathematical models for business strategy and risk control; and from October 2007 to October 2009 he was a senior statistician at Capital One Services, working on statistical and data analysis for business strategy. The corporate information section places the company's headquarters and principal place of business on Zhongguancun Street in Beijing's Haidian District, with its principal Hong Kong office in Tower Two of Times Square, Causeway Bay, and names China Merchants Bank and Ping An Bank among its principal bankers. The senior management team comprises Zhou together with Li Yan, Song Yang, Zhang Yanshen and Tan Feng, all of whom are also executive directors.
