ZHU Gong Shan

From the parent company to several listed platforms, he holds board seats across different segments of the solar and new energy business. On public and industry roles, the report records that he is a member of the twelfth National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a standing committee member of the twelfth Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the CPPCC and vice chairman of the Jiangsu Federation of Industry and Commerce. In industry bodies he chairs the Global Green Energy Council, the Asian Photovoltaic Industry Association, the Global Energy Storage and Battery Council and the China New Energy Overseas Development Alliance, and serves as deputy director of the green and low-carbon development committee of the China Enterprise Confederation and executive vice president of the electric transport and storage branch of the China Electricity Council. Every one of those posts sits within green energy and storage, matching the company's own field. The report also identifies Zhu Yufeng as his son. As the 2025 filing shows, his role has extended from a sole chairmanship to a co-chief executive arrangement, sharing the chief executive function with another officer.
