Charles Ridley Duppuy was the sixth Bishop of the Diocese of Victoria and of the Guangdong-Hong Kong diocese, in office from 1920 to 1932. The province's official history records that, like his predecessor Gerard Lander, he worked to develop the diocese and to build relations with the Chung Hua Sheng Kung Hui. The official pages do not state his years of birth or death.
