Yu Chui Yee (born 29 March 1984) is a Hong Kong wheelchair fencer competing in category A. Diagnosed with bone cancer at 11, she had her left leg amputated at 13 and was fitted with a prosthesis; she began as a swimmer and switched to wheelchair fencing at 17. At the 2004 Athens Paralympics she won four gold medals on her debut, in the individual and team foil and epee events, becoming the first female fencer to take four golds at a single Games, and carried the Hong Kong flag at the closing ceremony. At Beijing 2008 she won gold in the individual foil category A and silver in the individual epee. At London 2012 she won two more golds in the women's individual epee and foil category A plus a team epee bronze. At Rio 2016 she added two silvers in the individual foil and team epee, and was Hong Kong's flag-bearer at the opening ceremony. Across four Games from 2004 she won seven golds, three silvers and one bronze, one of the most decorated athletes in Hong Kong's Paralympic history, and is known as the 'Queen of Fencing'. She won no medals at Tokyo 2020; at Paris 2024, competing as a six-time Paralympian, she lost her bronze-medal bout in the women's foil category A. Off the piste she has chaired the IWAS Wheelchair Fencing Athlete Council, been elected to the governing board of World Abilitysport and served on Hong Kong's Sports Commission. Her honours include Hong Kong Outstanding Athlete, Hong Kong Outstanding Junior Athlete and Hong Kong Ten Outstanding Young Persons awards, the Asian Paralympic Committee's 2019 best female athlete award, the HKSAR government's Medal of Honour and Bronze Bauhinia Star, and an honorary fellowship from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is the Fencing Sports Development Director at the Hong Kong Sports Institute.

With seven Paralympic golds, Yu Chui Yee is one of Hong Kong's most decorated Paralympians and has raised the profile of wheelchair fencing; her journey from cancer patient to world-class athlete, and her later roles in sports administration, have supported the development of disability sport in the city.
