受《古物及古蹟條例》法律保護、未經批准不得改動的地點，含廟宇、圍村、政府建築及戰前樓宇。2026年10月2日刊憲宣布灣仔洪聖古廟及赤柱清真寺為法定古蹟後由138增至140。同「法定古蹟總數」（古蹟專題）係同一項官方公佈嘅兩個擺位，數值相同，唔可以相加。
