傳媒、影視及出版呢個行業係點運作
記者、編輯、主播、攝影、剪接、動畫、音樂製作同公關廣告。除廣播牌照持牌機構嘅內部規管外，香港冇法定入行註冊；行業靠作品集、實習同人脈入行。影視幕後多以自由身（freelance）逐個項目接工作，收入同檔期直接掛鈎；出版、公關同企業傳訊則多數屬全職職位。

Film and TV crew are largely freelance, project by project, with income tied to the shooting schedule, while publishing, PR and corporate communications are mostly staff roles.
