1898-08-13 · 奇力島

1898年8月13日，港府為奇力島立法，該條例訂明除軍事目的外，船隻必須取得許可才可進入奇力島潮漲線50碼範圍內之水域；此外，任何人未經準許亦不得登岸該島。

On 13 August 1898, the Hong Kong Government legislated for Kellett Island, with the ordinance providing that, except for military purposes, vessels must obtain permission to enter the waters within 50 yards of the high-water line of Kellett Island, and that no person may land on the island without permission.
