MPF savings generally cannot be withdrawn before the statutory conditions are met. Under the law, extraction is allowed for retirement at 65, early retirement (age 60 after termination of employment), permanent departure from Hong Kong, total incapacity, death, and small-balance accounts below a statutory threshold.
