Notes and definition
HOS applications are divided into two categories: Green Form applicants are existing PRH tenants or persons with verified PRH eligibility; White Form applicants are non-PRH tenants, usually with a lower income limit. The two categories have separate quotas, and Green Form applicants enjoy a higher discount.
