香港特別行政區嘅國歌係《義勇軍進行曲》，即中華人民共和國國歌。《國歌條例》（第 622 章）規定，喺特定場合必須演奏國歌，侮辱國歌屬違法。
The national anthem of the HKSAR is "March of the Volunteers", the national anthem of the People's Republic of China. The National Anthem Ordinance (Cap. 622) requires the anthem to be played on specified occasions and criminalises insulting the anthem.
