田北辰（Michael Tien Puk-sun）1950年8月26日出世，係香港商人同政治人物。佢喺美國康奈爾大學取得電子工程學士學位，哈佛大學取得工商管理碩士學位。田北辰係縱橫二千集團主席，G2000同U2服裝零售連鎖店嘅創辦人。佢奉行「租而不買」嘅開舖原則，呢個理念源於哈佛商學院一位教授嘅教導：零售業首要係創意，不斷求變，唔應該將資金綁死喺舖位上。田北辰曾任九廣鐵路公司主席、扶貧委員會委員、語文教育及研究常務委員會主席同僱員再培訓局主席等多項公職。佢係中華人民共和國第十一、十二及十三屆全國人民代表大會港區代表。田北辰現任立法會議員（新界西北選區）同實政圓桌召集人，為香港嘅經濟發展同民生福祉出謀獻策。

Michael Tien Puk-sun (born 26 August 1950) is a Hong Kong businessman and politician. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is the founder and chairman of the G2000 and U2 clothing retail chains. He was formerly Chairman of the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation. He served as a Hong Kong deputy to the 11th, 12th, and 13th National People's Congress. He is currently a Legislative Council member for New Territories North West and the convenor of Roundtable.
