1382年，屏山鄧通叟透過薦舉考試獲取功名，出任寧國府正一。
In 1382, Tang Tongshou of Ping Shan obtained an official title through the recommendation examination and was appointed Zhengyi of Ningguo Prefecture.

1382 · 東莞、香山 · 明洪武十五年三月十四日
1382年4月27日，南雄侯趙庸將東莞、香山等地合共一萬名疍民收編至水師，目的在於避免他們變成盜匪，同時負責該地區的防務。
On 27 April 1382, Zhao Yong, Marquis of Nanxiong, incorporated a total of 10,000 Tanka people from Dongguan, Xiangshan and other places into the navy in order to prevent them from becoming bandits and to take charge of defence in the region.
