清康熙三十六年《廣東通志》載，新安縣分三鄉七都，恩德鄉管一、二、三、五都，延福鄉管四都，歸城鄉管六、七都。
The 1697 Guangdong Tongzhi records that Xin'an County was divided into three townships and seven du, with Ende Township administering the First, Second, Third and Fifth Du, Yanfu Township administering the Fourth Du, and Guicheng Township administering the Sixth and Seventh Du.
