1886-09-11 · 香港

1886年9月11日，清廷與香港政府就一條章程完成簽訂；按該章程，中國海關總稅務司獲授權設九龍關，鴉片過境須繳關稅及釐金。

On 11 September 1886, the Qing court and the Hong Kong Government completed the signing of a set of regulations under which the Chinese Imperial Maritime Customs' Inspector-General was authorised to establish the Kowloon Customs, and opium in transit was subject to customs duty and likin.
