C&SD interactive table 990-92072 (Water Supplies Department data): total fresh water supply in 2025 was 1,075 million cubic metres. The WSD figure for average daily consumption is a separate fact (2.94 million m³ per day, 1,074.59 million m³ a year); these are the annual total and daily average of the same water volume, so they must not be added or treated as two independent numbers.
