何世柱（Ho Sai-chu）1937年6月6日出世，GBM, GBS, OBE, JP，籍貫廣東省廣州市，係香港商界人士，何耀光之子。何世柱畢業於嶺南小學及香港華仁書院（1956年中七）。佢係福利集團有限公司董事兼總經理、建安保險有限公司董事總經理、香港中華總商會永遠榮譽會長。何世柱曾先後出任香港中華總商會司庫、副主席、天天日報社長。政治方面，佢1985至1991年擔任立法局商界（第二）功能界別議員，1996至1998年擔任臨時立法會議員，1998至2000年擔任立法會議員。佢亦曾任全國政協委員。何世柱獲頒大紫荊勳賢（GBM）、金紫荊星章（GBS）、OBE同太平紳士榮銜。

Ho Sai-chu (born 6 June 1937), GBM, GBS, OBE, JP, is a Hong Kong businessman from Guangzhou, Guangdong. He is the son of Ho Yiu-kwong. Ho graduated from Lingnan Primary School and Wah Yan College, Hong Kong (Form 7 in 1956). He is Director and General Manager of Welfare Group Limited, Managing Director of Kin On Insurance Company Limited, and Permanent Honorary President of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce. Ho has served as Treasurer and Vice-Chairman of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, and Publisher of Tin Tin Daily News. Politically, he was a member of the Legislative Council for the Commercial (Second) functional constituency from 1985 to 1991, a member of the Provisional Legislative Council from 1996 to 1998, and a LegCo member from 1998 to 2000. He also served as a member of the National Committee of the CPPCC. Ho was awarded the Grand Bauhinia Medal (GBM), Gold Bauhinia Star (GBS), OBE, and JP.
