吳清輝（Ng Ching-fai）1939年11月20日出世於上海，GBS，係香港化學家同教育家。吳清輝畢業於墨爾本大學，其後取得英屬哥倫比亞大學哲學博士學位。佢係化學講座教授，曾任香港浸會大學校長同副校監，以及聯合國際學院校長。2005年7月1日，吳清輝獲香港特區政府頒授金紫荊星章（GBS）。佢亦係中華人民共和國全國人民代表大會港區代表。吳清輝長期從事化學研究同高等教育管理，對香港嘅學術發展同國際教育合作有重要貢獻。

Ng Ching-fai (born 20 November 1939 in Shanghai), GBS, is a Hong Kong chemist and educator. Ng graduated from the University of Melbourne and later earned a PhD from the University of British Columbia. He is a Professor of Chemistry and served as President and Vice-Chancellor of Hong Kong Baptist University, as well as President of the United International College. On 1 July 2005, Ng was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star (GBS) by the HKSAR government. He was also a Hong Kong deputy to the National People's Congress. Ng has long been engaged in chemistry research and higher education administration, making significant contributions to Hong Kong's academic development and international education cooperation.
