林健鋒（Jeffrey Lam Kin-fung），GBS, JP，係香港立法會議員，代表商界（第一）功能界別，同時係行政會議非官守議員。林健鋒係永和實業有限公司董事長。2004年，佢代表自由黨參加商界（第一）功能界別選舉，接替田北俊，其後一直擔任該席位議員。林健鋒曾任自由黨主席，現為香港經濟民生聯盟（經民聯）副主席。佢長期擔任香港總商會立法會代表，關注香港經濟同工商界發展。林健鋒獲頒金紫荊星章（GBS）同太平紳士榮銜。

Jeffrey Lam Kin-fung, GBS, JP, is a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong representing the Commercial (First) functional constituency and a non-official member of the Executive Council. Lam is the Chairman of Wing Hing Industrial Company Limited. In 2004, he represented the Liberal Party in the Commercial (First) functional constituency election, succeeding James Tien, and has since held the seat. Lam served as Chairman of the Liberal Party and is currently Vice-Chairman of the Business and Professionals Alliance for Hong Kong (BPA). He has long served as the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce's LegCo representative, focusing on Hong Kong's economy and business development. Lam was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star (GBS) and JP.
