涂謹申

涂謹申（James To Kun-sun）1963年3月11日出世，係香港律師同民主黨政治人物。1991至2020年間，涂謹申擔任香港立法會議員，代表區議會（第二）功能界別。佢係立法會任期最長嘅議員之一，最後四年期間係立法會資歷最深嘅議員。2016至2017年間，涂謹申擔任泛民主派會議召集人。佢1991年當選深水埗區議會長沙灣選區區議員，開始政治生涯。涂謹申專注於保安議題，係民主黨嘅保安事務發言人，並曾任立法會保安事務委員會主席。佢喺立法會內長期關注香港嘅治安、執法同公民權利等議題，為香港嘅法治同民主發展作出貢獻。

James To Kun-sun (born 11 March 1963) is a Hong Kong lawyer and Democratic Party politician. From 1991 to 2020, he was a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, representing the District Council (Second) constituency. In his final four years, he was the most senior member of the Legislative Council. He served as convenor of the pro-democracy caucus from 2016 to 2017. He specialised in security issues, having been the party's spokesman on security and chaired the Panel on Security.
