葛珮帆（Elizabeth Quat）1966年12月23日出世，BBS, JP，係香港政治人物，民主建港協進聯盟（民建聯）副主席。葛珮帆2012至2021年擔任立法會新界東地方選區議員，2022年起擔任立法會選舉委員會界別議員。佢亦係互聯網專業協會（iProA）創辦人之一、世界峰會獎（World Summit Award）董事同CB Strategic Investment行政總裁。葛珮帆曾任立法會環境事務委員會副主席同保安事務委員會委員，關注創新科技、環境保護同性罪行法例等議題。

Elizabeth Quat (born 23 December 1966), BBS, JP, is a Hong Kong politician and Vice-Chairman of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong (DAB). Quat served as a LegCo member for the New Territories East geographical constituency from 2012 to 2021, and has been a LegCo member for the Election Committee constituency since 2022. She is a co-founder of the Internet Professional Association (iProA), a director of the World Summit Award, and CEO of CB Strategic Investment. Quat served as Vice-Chairman of the Legislative Council Panel on Environmental Affairs and a member of the Panel on Security, focusing on innovation and technology, environmental protection, and sexual offences legislation.
