陳振英（Ronick Chan Chun-ying）1961年出世，係香港金融界人士同立法會議員，獲頒銅紫荊星章（BBS）同太平紳士榮銜。陳振英持有美國東北路易斯安那大學（現路易斯安那大學門羅分校）工商管理碩士學位，並係香港特許秘書公會同特許秘書及行政人員公會會士。2011年4月至2016年10月，佢擔任中銀香港（控股）有限公司及中國銀行（香港）有限公司董事會秘書及公司秘書，目前為中國銀行（香港）有限公司顧問。陳振英亦係香港中資銀行業協會副主席兼秘書長。2016年，佢喺金融界功能界別自動當選立法會議員，代表銀行業界，其後連任第六、七、八屆立法會議員。陳振英亦係第十四屆港區全國人大代表。佢長期關注香港金融業發展、銀行業監管同金融科技等議題。

Ronick Chan Chun-ying (born 1961) is a Hong Kong financial sector professional and Legislative Council member, BBS JP. Chan holds an MBA from Northeast Louisiana University (now the University of Louisiana at Monroe) and is an associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. From April 2011 to October 2016, he served as Board Secretary and Company Secretary of BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited and Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, and is currently an advisor to Bank of China (Hong Kong). Chan is also Vice-Chairman and Secretary General of the Chinese Banking Association of Hong Kong. In 2016, he was elected unopposed to the Legislative Council for the Finance functional constituency, representing the banking sector, and has since been re-elected for the sixth, seventh, and eighth terms. Chan is also a Hong Kong deputy to the 14th National People's Congress. He has long focused on the development of Hong Kong's financial sector, banking regulation, and fintech.
