Terence Chang Cheuk Cheung is a Hong Kong educator and the former headmaster of Diocesan Boys' School, now serving as school supervisor of St. Hilary's International Nursery and Kindergarten. St. Hilary's profile records that he has served in education for more than 40 years and led Diocesan Boys' School for 12 years before formally retiring from the headmastership in 2012. He holds a Master of Education from Harvard University, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hong Kong and a Diploma in Education from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. The profile also sets out his educational philosophy: children should grow up with a positive attitude, confidence and the life skills they need at the appropriate time, and schools must provide a loving and caring environment if children are to learn and reach their goals. At St. Hilary's he oversees the kindergarten, which has campuses in Hung Hom and Ma On Shan and runs playgroup, nursery and K1 to K3 classes, and which sits within an educational group that also includes St. Hilary's Primary School, VNSAA St. Hilary's School, AOG St. Hilary's College (Primary Section) and Tai Kwong Hilary College. The profile describes Chang as having devoted his life to raising students in academic, aesthetic, emotional, moral, physical, social and spiritual areas so that they can meet the challenges of a changing society. Diocesan Boys' School's history page keeps the 150th and 145th anniversary versions of its school history, covering its development since it was founded in 1869.
