店務、銷售、美容美髮，以及持牌小販。呢個行業無統一執業註冊（小販除外，須向食環署領牌），收入通常由底薪加佣金或拆帳組成，所以「同一職位、唔同公司」差距可以好大。睇招聘時要留意底薪、佣金計法同輪班安排。
