徐亞保因涉1849年2月25日兩名英軍軍官被殺一案，於1851年3月10日經刑事法庭特別聆訊後，被判無限期遣戍。

Tsui A-po, in connection with the case of the killing of two British military officers on 25 February 1849, was sentenced to indefinite transportation after a special hearing of the criminal court on 10 March 1851.
