On 19 April 1961, a US military transport aircraft crashed near Mount Parker due to thick fog, killing 15 people and injuring 1.

1961年4月19日，一架屬於美軍的運輸機，機上載有16名官兵及隨行家屬，在濃霧環境中從啟德機場起飛，其後於港島東部撞向柏架山，造成14人死亡。
On 19 April 1961, a US military transport aircraft carrying 16 servicemen and accompanying family members took off from Kai Tak Airport in dense fog and subsequently crashed into Mount Parker in eastern Hong Kong Island, killing 14 people.
