1969年11月，香港首個以試驗形式運作的海魚養殖漁場於吐露港老虎窟投入營運，佔地約0.4公頃，由身兼大埔三門仔村村長及漁民身分的何鴻帶開辦。

In November 1969, Hong Kong's first experimental marine fish culture farm began operation at Lo Fu Hang in Tolo Harbour, covering about 0.4 hectares and founded by Ho Hung-tai, who was both the village head of Sam Mun Tsai in Tai Po and a fisherman.
