二零一零年十二月，環球貿易廣場落成，該建築物座落於九龍站上蓋，共有一百一十八層，並取代了國際金融中心二期，於當時成為香港最高、亦是唯一一座樓層數目多於一百的建築。

In December 2010, the International Commerce Centre was completed; the building is located above Kowloon Station, has 118 storeys, and replaced Two International Finance Centre to become the tallest building in Hong Kong at the time and the only one with more than 100 storeys.

二零一零年十二月十日，城市規劃委員會決定不批准南生圍項目的延期發展申請，然而發展商依然擁有提出上訴的權利。

On 10 December 2010, the Town Planning Board decided not to approve the extension application for the Nam Sang Wai project, but the developer still had the right to appeal.
