2012年9月6日，香港特別行政區政府實施「港人港地」措施，規定依此政策建成的住宅單位，僅限售予擁有香港永久性居民身分的人士。

On 6 September 2012, the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region implemented the "Hong Kong people, Hong Kong land" measure, stipulating that residential units built under this policy could only be sold to persons with Hong Kong permanent resident status.
