Notes and definition
GovHK “Hong Kong: The Facts — Agriculture & Fisheries” (December 2025 edition) states that in 2025 local farms supplied 2 per cent of vegetables, 100 per cent of live poultry and 7 per cent of live pigs consumed locally. The AFCD “Agriculture in Hong Kong” page prints the same set as 1.7 per cent and 6.5 per cent: the two official publications round the same reference period differently and must not be mixed, added, or treated as two dates (see /calibre#farm-local-supply-share).
