GovHK (July 2026) lists 2025 GDP at HK$3,329.8 billion, per capita GDP at HK$444,044 and real growth at 3.6%. Hong Kong in Figures 2026 reports GDP at current market prices of HK$3,331.8 billion and per capita GDP of HK$444,302 (both marked as subject to revision). Cite the source and the edition. Where a government summary and the statistical booklet differ slightly, prefer the Census and Statistics Department figure with its technical notes, and keep the “subject to revision” flag. Merchandise imports (c.i.f.) in 2025 were HK$5,686.8 billion and total exports (f.o.b.) HK$5,240.3 billion, for total trade of HK$10,927.1 billion. Imports from the mainland were HK$2,491.8 billion and total exports to the mainland HK$3,128.5 billion. Those figures come from import/export declarations and are not directly comparable with national-accounts trade in goods compiled on the change-of-ownership principle. Services account for 93.6% of GDP at basic prices, and financing and insurance 26.2%. Convertibility undertakings under the Linked Exchange Rate System are HK$7.75–7.85 per US dollar.
