包爾騰（John Shaw Burdon）是香港聖公會維多利亞教區第三任主教，一八七四年至一八九七年在任。〈教省歷史〉記載，他於一八八二年成為第一位由坎特伯里大主教任命的香港主教；他既是一位忠於教會的傳教士，也是漢學家，曾翻譯最早華語版新約聖經及公禱書。同頁又記載，當時一些居於殖民地的英國人抱怨他沒有給予他們足夠的關顧。官方頁面沒有記載他的出生及去世年份。

John Shaw Burdon was the third Bishop of the Diocese of Victoria, in office from 1874 to 1897. The province's official history records that in 1882 he became the first Hong Kong bishop appointed by the Archbishop of Canterbury, that he was both a missionary loyal to the church and a sinologist who translated the earliest Chinese-language New Testament and Book of Common Prayer, and that some British residents of the colony complained he did not give them enough pastoral attention. The official pages do not state his years of birth or death.
