何明華（Ronald Owen Hall）是香港聖公會維多利亞教區及港粵教區第七任主教，一九三二年至一九六六年在任。〈教省歷史〉記載，他的任命首次由中華聖公會主教院確認；一九四四年，他按立李添嬡為牧師，該頁稱她是普世聖公宗第一位女牧師；一九五一年港澳教區成立並與中華聖公會分離，亦發生在他任內。官方頁面沒有記載他的出生及去世年份。

Ronald Owen Hall was the seventh Bishop of the Diocese of Victoria and of the Guangdong-Hong Kong diocese, in office from 1932 to 1966. The province's official history records that his appointment was the first to be confirmed by the house of bishops of the Chung Hua Sheng Kung Hui; that in 1944 he ordained a woman priest, whom the page describes as the first in the Anglican Communion; and that the Hong Kong-Macau diocese was established and separated from the Chung Hua Sheng Kung Hui in 1951, during his episcopate. The official pages do not state his years of birth or death.
