金融、保險及地產呢個行業係點運作
銀行、保險、地產代理。三者都係「持牌行業」：銀行從業員受金管局及其機構監管，保險代理同經紀要向保險業監管局領牌，地產代理要持地產代理監管局牌照。入行前要考的考試同持續進修（CPD）時數，都可以在監管機構網站查到。
Banking, insurance and estate agency. All three are licensed trades: bank staff work under HKMA-supervised institutions, insurance agents and brokers must be licensed by the Insurance Authority, and estate agents must hold an Estate Agents Authority licence. The examinations you sit and the CPD hours you must keep up are published by those regulators.
