非政府機構同政府部門嘅福利服務。社工必須在社會工作者註冊局註冊（分註冊社工同註冊社會工作者（立法）等類別），冇註冊唔可以叫社工；機構內嘅活動助理、程序幹事等前線崗位冇法定註冊，要求由機構自訂。
