運動及康體呢個行業係點運作
運動員、教練、裁判、救生員同康體活動統籌。呢個行業冇統一法定發牌：教練資格由各個體育總會發出（例如游泳、攀山、獨木舟、龍舟），康文署場地職位同救生員則另有指定證書要求。想做全職運動員，一般要經體育學院或總會嘅精英培訓系統；康體導師則多數以自僱或兼職形式接課。

There is no single statutory licence here: coaching credentials come from individual sports associations (swimming, climbing, canoeing, dragon boat and so on), while LCSD venue posts and lifeguards have their own certificate requirements. Full-time athletes normally go through the Sports Institute or association elite system; recreation instructors mostly work freelance or part-time.
