民航處將無人機操作按重量同風險分成標準操作同進階操作。基本要求係：遙控駕駛員要年滿14歲，負責人要年滿18歲，雙方都要喺SUA一站通完成註冊，無人機本身都要註冊同貼上民航處標籤。如果要做進階操作（例如超出甲1/甲2類限制、乙類/丙類操作、運載危險品、飛入限制飛行區），就先要喺民航處認可嘅培訓機構完成進階課程同考核，攞到進階等級，仲要喺飛行前申請民航處嘅操作許可。
遙控飛機師冇法定薪級，收入模式好散：有公司僱員制、有項目計、亦有自由身逐單報價，同一個工種可以有幾種計法。項目計嘅多數按飛行時數、場地難度同後期製作工作量報價；受僱嘅就按更制同津貼計，外勤或者偏遠地區項目通常另加。因為收費差異太大，本站唔列收入估算；睇合約時要問清楚計價方式（逐單定逐日）、器材由邊一方提供、保險同第三者責任誰屬，同埋有冇飛行時數上限。 發展方向：由操作員做到項目主管、安全主任（負責風險評估同許可申請），或者公司內部嘅飛行標準管理。

CAD divides drone operations into standard and advanced categories based on weight and risk. Basic requirements: remote pilots must be at least 14 years old, responsible persons at least 18, both must register on the SUA portal, and the drone itself must be registered and labelled with a CAD tag. For advanced operations (such as exceeding Category A1/A2 limits, Category B/C operations, carrying dangerous goods, or flying into restricted airspace), you must first complete advanced training and assessment at a CAD-approved organization, obtain an advanced rating, and apply for CAD operating permission before flight.
Remote pilots have no statutory pay scale and the payment models vary widely: some are salaried employees, some are paid per project and some freelance per job. Project work is usually quoted by flight hours, site difficulty and post-production effort, while employed pilots are paid by working pattern with allowances, often higher for fieldwork or remote sites. Because rates vary so much this site prints no income estimate; when reading a contract, ask how the work is priced (per job or per day), who provides the equipment, who carries insurance and third-party liability, and whether any cap on flight hours applies. Career direction: operator → project lead, safety officer handling risk assessment and permits, or in-house flight standards management.

見習航空交通管制主任是公務員職系。教育局生涯規劃網站列明可以用文憑試五科第3級（其中一科為數學、地理、物理、資訊及通訊科技或航空學）投考，不是非要航空學士。
要在香港簽發適航放行，關鍵是民航處 HKAR-66 飛機維修執照，再配合 HKAR-145 維修機構的授權。學徒、認可課程或工程學位，對應不同年期的經驗要求。
機場地勤人員（客運服務）喺客運大樓處理登機手續、行李同登機閘口服務；要輪班，並須通過背景審查申請機場禁區通行證。
空中服務員負責機上乘客安全同服務；入職要通過航空公司遴選、體檢同安全訓練，並符合語言、身高可及範圍及客戶服務要求。
