教育及培訓呢個行業係點運作
資助中小學教師必須在教育局註冊，分「檢定教員」同「准用教員」兩種身分。補習社導師、興趣班導師、企業培訓導師唔受教師註冊規管，條件由僱主自訂，所以同一份「教書」工作，有註冊同冇註冊係兩回事。
Teachers in aided primary and secondary schools must be registered with the Education Bureau as registered or permitted teachers. Tutors in tutorial centres, hobby classes and corporate training fall outside teacher registration, so their terms are set by the employer — two jobs both called "teaching" can sit on completely different footing.
