1518年8月，葡萄牙印度總督命令船長西蒙．安德拉德率三艘船抵達屯門，藉口尋找皮萊資，未經批准即興建營柵與刑場，並鑄造火銃、搶奪財物，另販賣人口及侵犯婦女。
In August 1518, the Portuguese Governor of India ordered Captain Simão de Andrade to arrive at Tuen Mun with three ships, where under the pretext of searching for Pires he built stockades and an execution ground without approval, cast firearms, seized property, and also trafficked people and violated women.
