1574年，祖籍福建的林雲龍獲委任為新安縣設立後第一任官富司巡檢。
In 1574, Lin Yunlong, whose ancestral home was Fujian, was appointed the first Inspector of the Guanfu Agency after the establishment of Xin'an County.
